Terms & Conditions of Studio Supply & Custom Orders

1. Scope & Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Protections
These Terms & Conditions govern all fabric swatch requests, unbranded catalogue orders, and custom-embroidered or printed apparel commissions supplied by Mikiya Sports & Apparel Studio Pty Ltd from 42 Keele Street, Collingwood VIC 3066. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any statutory consumer right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and overseen by the ACCC and Consumer Affairs Victoria.
2. Pricing in AUD, Goods and Services Tax (GST) & Invoicing
All prices displayed on this website and generated by our interactive studio calculator are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth). An official Tax Invoice showing ABN 15 648 291 034 is issued with every order.
3. Custom Artwork Approval & Sizing Confirmation
Before commencing embroidery or screen printing on custom club runs, we provide a digital specification sheet and a physical stitch-out or print proof photo. Production lead times (typically 8 to 15 business days in our Collingwood workshop) begin once written approval and payment clearance are received.
4. Nationwide Delivery via Australia Post & StarTrack
Orders are dispatched from Collingwood VIC 3066 via tracked Australia Post Parcel Post, Express Post, or StarTrack road freight, or may be collected in person during studio hours. Risk in the goods passes upon physical delivery to your nominated Australian street address.
