We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our textile and apparel design operations in Australia:

• Contact particulars: full name, club or organisation name, Australian delivery address, email address, and telephone number.
• Commercial and billing records: Australian Business Number (ABN), purchase order references, garment size breakdowns, and GST tax invoice history.
• Technical session data: browser preferences and essential local storage settings used to remember your calculator configuration.

3. How We Use & Disclose Information (APP 6 & APP 8)

We use your information solely to prepare custom apparel quotes, mail fabric swatch cards, manufacture your order in Collingwood, issue ATO-compliant tax invoices, and book tracked parcel consignments via Australia Post or StarTrack. We never sell or rent personal data to third-party marketers. All core customer records are hosted on secure Australian servers located in Melbourne and Sydney.
