Returns, Refunds & Statutory Consumer Rights Policy
Transparent return, size exchange, and fault remedy procedures administered from our Collingwood, Melbourne workshop in accordance with ACCC guidelines.
1. Statutory Consumer Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with statutory consumer protections that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. 14-Day Change-of-Mind Exchange on Unbranded Catalogue Items
For unbranded, unprinted studio garments and canvas bags ordered from our standard stock lines, we offer a 14-day return or size exchange window from the date your Australia Post parcel is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original studio packaging to 42 Keele Street, Collingwood VIC 3066.
3. Custom Embroidered & Screen-Printed Club Runs
Because custom club jerseys, embroidered hoodies, and printed merch packs are made to your approved artwork and size breakdown, change-of-mind returns do not apply once custom decoration has been applied. However, if any custom garment differs from your approved specification sheet or exhibits a textile or stitching fault, we will remake or refund the affected items at no cost to you, including return Australia Post postage.
