Frequently Asked Questions: Custom Apparel & Studio Orders
Answers to common questions from Australian club secretaries, studio managers, and corporate buyers regarding minimum quantities, AS/NZS sizing, merino care, and tax invoicing.
1. What is your minimum order quantity for custom embroidered or printed apparel?
Our minimum batch run for custom embroidered or water-based screen-printed garments and canvas bags is 10 units per style. Within those 10 units, you may mix any combination of sizes from 2XS through to 4XL.
2. Can we order physical fabric swatch cards before confirming our club colourway?
Yes. We post physical textile swatch cards showing our 380 GSM organic loopback terry, 420 GSM brushed fleece, 210 GSM Australian merino, and 16oz cotton duck canvas via Australia Post to any address in Australia, or you can inspect full bolts at 42 Keele Street, Collingwood VIC 3066.
3. Are all prices quoted in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST?
Yes. Every price displayed on our website and in our interactive calculator is denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes Goods and Services Tax (GST). Every order is accompanied by a compliant Tax Invoice bearing ABN 15 648 291 034.
4. How does your sizing compare to standard Australian retail clothing?
Our pattern blocks follow Standards Australia AS/NZS 1182 sizing measurements with a contemporary tailored-relaxed silhouette. Detailed half-chest, shoulder width, and body length charts in centimetres are provided on every service page.
5. How do we wash and care for Australian merino wool layers and heavy cotton fleece?
Our 18.5 micron merino jersey is treated for gentle cold machine washing (30°C wool cycle) using neutral detergent and flat drying in the shade. Our organic cotton fleece is pre-shrunk during finishing and should be washed cold inside-out and line-dried out of harsh midday sun.
6. Which courier networks do you use for interstate delivery across Australia?
We dispatch nationwide from Melbourne via Australia Post Parcel Post, Australia Post Express Post, and StarTrack for multi-carton club consignments. Every shipment includes SMS and email tracking notifications from pickup in Collingwood to arrival.
7. What payment methods do you accept for studio and club orders?
We accept Australian bank transfer (EFT / OSKO PayID), corporate Visa and Mastercard, and EFTPOS in our Collingwood showroom. Official purchase orders are also supported for registered Australian sporting associations, schools, and Pty Ltd companies.
8. What happens if a garment has a manufacturing fault upon arrival?
All orders are protected by statutory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If any item exhibits a stitching, fabric, or branding defect, we repair, replace, or refund it promptly via our online return request form.
